Unable to Create Character

Hello,

I would love to try to get back into the game, however I keep coming across an error that seems to be unique to me as I have not see any other posts or screenshots discussing it. If you know of a solution I would be greatful.

Edit: tried to upload a screenshot, but it doesnt appear to want to do that either, so i'll give a brief description.

After logging in and connecting to Martyr's Square, where I beleive i should see character models underneath each factions banner, i see red ork shaped placeholder icons instead, clicking on the faction banner and icons yeilds no results

this is fixed with some amazing help from the discord community.
the answer is patience and to let them load.

I was having the same problem. Alt-tabbed, read this, went to the game again and it was fixed xd. Thx
