There is one reward for each race . Actually it’s not fair to have it on a quest only for dwarfs where other race need to be renown 80+

Seen it once on another player and I didn't know that there even was a quest for it. This happens, when you skip all pve in t1.

Maybe they changed it after we made public this secret op item

Maybe you already did that quest back when you were in tier 1

But you couldn't equip it anyways, I did it with my runepriest and he can't use "offhand" items, so I couldn't equip it, only have it in the inventory
