Crappy potions dropping from mobs which spam your screen with "OMG DIZ ITEM WILL BE BOUND TO YOU ARE YOU ABSOLUTELY 100% SURE YOU GONNA LOOT IT???!!!!11" messages and prevent you from looting until you answer them. Not to mention that in other games this window usually indicates that something valuable dropped...
