what I don't get is: why even bother adding a drain or some form of morale manipulation to WH / WE.
I mean pugWBs / WHs / WEs gonna be happy, so they can pretend they contribute to the fight, but in the end it's a meaningless change.
nontheless, seems like a better patch, just because it has the potential to shake the meta maybe a bit upside down.

there indeed was no renown for healing right after update, but it was fixed later

Stuff like removing healing from getting rr is not something on the table and if not mentioned in the notes it should be assumed to be a bug and should be on the bugtracker with as much information as possible.
I was away for most of yesterday due to being in an exam but reading up on things we had an unforseen error that happened that may have been a cause of the issue that should hopefully be resolved by now. But again I stress that if something drastic changes and is not documented on the patch notes its most likely a bug and should be treated and reported as such.

We should actually compare it to other Light Armor class like BW/Sorc which both (Sorc more than BW) can provide huge amount of AoE damage from range, where WH/WE to do any kind of damage actually has to go into melee range fight where you gonna get affected by every AoE damage or debuff.
WH/WE has Stealth, cool but it doesn't provide anything meaningful for WB vs WB fight in RvR. Even if you use Stealth you will still get affected by AoE debuffs or damage if you will get too close (and you want to stay at least in 30ft range of your guard). Only one of last patches helped with allowing using ShroudOfMagus in Stealth but stripped from AoE, even if you manage to reach enemy backline then what ? You gonna focus ST enemy 1 by 1 ?
If you really think that AoE Razor/Slice was doing too much damage (which i highly doubt it did) then why not simply turn numbers down on it ?
"You cant fill all roles" well somehow Slayer and Marauder filling all roles perfectly fine...

Could there be an explanation on why so many M2 abilities were reverted to their Live status: "Roiling Winds, Squig Goo, Flying Axe, Flames of Fate and Ensnare have original damage functions and ranges as per live." Doing 900 in one shot was so much more effective. The parsed out 300 over time feels ineffective and underwhelming.
