[Request] eMotion update&communication WoW-like addon

Hi there, I know there are only few of you able to create addons. But would be 10/10 if someone could translate emotion addon into other languages(like French, German, Russian) and update it(it works only in English localization for now). Also would be good to have a WoW-like communication(O button) window with a friend list, channels, guild-members etc. Low chance to get it, WAR is somehow dead, but who knows.
