Which is better?

Witch hunter or witch elf? I would like knowing your opinion about this.
I have both and i think WE has a little more initial burst but in general WH is much more complete.
BaL is really strong and maybe WE should have something like this.

Both are pretty straightforward classes. But WH is a little more flexible and has a bit more space to simply press on different buttons — it has a good finisher as you mentioned, while WE is usually stack on Witchbrew and Agonizing Wound spam + Puncture.
WE has a better burst capabilities indeed.
