Can't log on the website

Hi guys!

i can't log into the site/forum with my main account
need help!

concerned account name : fonkyflex

I did the "forgot password" stuff and now i can't log into the game anymore
and when i use the new provided password to log on the website a new page opens saying
"backup key
please select a back up key" something like this
nothing i can enter here allows me to go further

you can write Wargrimnir an email: [email protected]
- write it with the same mail-address that is registered with your borked account.
