Mouse not locked to monitor

Hey guys, tried searching for a fix for this but I didn't see one. Something in game will unlock my cursor and it'll no longer be bound within the game regardless of full/windowed screen settings. Think it started when I tried operating a catapult, but I don't recall. Anyway, is there a known solution for this? Didn't see a setting which isn't surprising since it's an older game. I'm pretty sure I can lock it via Windows but I'd really rather not do it that way just for this game if I can help it.

And a separate, less important question: is there a way to stop clicking on myself? I'm a big dumb ork so when I go to loot a mob or right click one on top of me, I end up targeting myself half the time.

Thanks.

Wish I knew how to fix the mouse problem, I have it too.

But looting is easy ...

Go to Key Mapping > Targeting > Loot nearest (all the way on the bottom of list)

Bind it to a key and abm, problem solved. To loot all you have to do is hit the key.
