([Choppa] Ardrak) SOV Set bonus 6 Armor Penetration.

What does this translate to "6 Armor Penetration" is it a flat -6 armor? or a percentage.

It's a percentage.

Equivalent to 84 weapon skill.

It is exactly equivalent to 84 Weapon Skill (=6x14).
For a level 40 character, that is.

This means it can significantly increase your damage against armored targets. :D basket random:D
