Kotbs Emperor's Champion no Morale Cost

So after some duels i by misstake triggerd with no morale builded at all Emperor's Champion the latest Kotbs morale that gives 192 strength thougthness and wounds turns out you can spam it every 60 sec if its bound to a Key or if you have Hotmoralebar it makes it so it dont need any Morale builded up, a fast hotfix is clearly needed

Why would it be nerfed its a 2nd morale skill?, The only reason SW was nerfed was because the arrow ability bypassed all resistance it was a ability bug, Now people think classes will be nerfed to the left and right i can tell you now it wont happen, and since you dont have a argument for it i dont even see why
