Helm: Metoh's Direhelm (troll country lairboss r40) or from rvr influence t4.
Shoulders: Helfried's hardmantle (avelorn lairboss r40) or rvr influence t4.
Chest: Chestplate of the silvered oak (Norsca lairboss r40).
Gloves: Pummelers of mercenary ( Bought from AH or with emblems from scenarios).
Belt: Midstarp of hatred (t4 rvr influence reward).
Boots: Oozing Tramplers (Marshess of Madness t4 lairboss).
