Lack of balance between destro and order?
Re: Lack of balance between destro and order?
I got out of T2 yesterday and indeed t3 seems more balanced but man, that T2 was awful to get through.

Yeah agreed. You can't compare mirror vs mirror, you can't even compare tank group vs tank group. I'd say the game is pretty balanced.Torquemadra wrote:As an overview, order has fractionally better utility and falls within a margin of error that is fine.
The game is much more complex than others because the mirror system is not an out and out clone system and abilities are pulled from a mirror class and transplanted into others that are not immediately obvious. Shattered limbs destro equivilent (bad gas) for example is fundamentally useless due to being in an orphan tree (melee squig is not a strong or even viable build in the current meta)

Re: Lack of balance between destro and order?
As one who plays pure order and very rarely destro, this is a big rumor. from my PoV there are many casuals on order and destro side seem to have more business players who take it very seriousCompo wrote: i dont know how exactly why, but i think most of Kids play Destro and the serious player play Order.
That was exact the same on Live-Server.

Re: Lack of balance between destro and order?
As i stated in some other thread a while ago: about 80% of the poulation seems to actively x-realming; there is no "typical order player" or "typical destro player".
Re: Lack of balance between destro and order?
Ok, forget about it- in T3 it's the same. Destro only wins when there is some balance between teams, but usually it's 3-4 healers in order and 4-5 tanks + some random dps meanwhile in destro 1 shaman healer and 1 black orc.vove wrote:I got out of T2 yesterday and indeed t3 seems more balanced but man, that T2 was awful to get through.
This is so accurate. I would level the chosen but community on destro side is awful. Pity there is cross realming so they can play both sides but in the end I think I will reroll another toon on order side.Compo wrote:i dont know how exactly why, but i think most of Kids play Destro and the serious player play Order.

Do this. Play until you hit T3 on Order and then you will realize that it is the exact same thing on Ordervove wrote:

M8 read if you want, or don't, just wanted to vent some frustration and truth at some people in this forum, it's not supposed to be a full essay, i'm not working here, and english is not my first language... sooooo what's your point again, sorry lost the reasoning for your comment.Luth wrote:Paragraph, Punctuation and Letter case
Seriously and no offense, do you expect anybody is going to read this mess?
PS: punctuation... for real there is enough punctuation there to make sense, if you need more go work as an english teacher, and uppercase letters what do you need them for to know if it's a noun, goddamn boy just read the letters and you'll be fine.

if you atleast had said anything about what i wrote, but you completely missed the point of the post only complaining. But i do agree with something you said on another post, there is no typical order or destro because in the end it's the same people playing both sides.

Re: Lack of balance between destro and order?
As i already wrote, it wasn't offensive because some people are really unable to build full sentences, but most are simply too lazy.
English is not my first language too and sometimes i have to google correct translations. But that doesn't hinder me to write the text in a way that doesn't drive people into madness when trying to read it. Btw no one expects perfect phrasing and grammar here.
I couldn't/can't reply to your post, as it is simply not readable.

Re: Lack of balance between destro and order?
Yep, I was wrong the entire time. I started playing order and it's same situation in scenarios. Sometimes you have really great matched group and sometimes it's just paper dps against bunch of tanks, healers and nukers where you just have no chance of winning. It's really seldom to have balanced groups on both sides where the match is really about the skills instead of steamrolling the not so good composed team.Shadowgurke wrote:Do this. But I have no regrets, somehow I like Order better
