LVL 40 Humanoid Champs

Can anyone please tell me where I can farm lvl40 humanoid champs (for scavenging) for Order? Does it has to be a lvl40 Hard PQ?

I tried one in Chaos Wastes and that didn't have humanoid champs. And I tried the one in the Elf lands, still no lvl40 champs (to be fair on the Elf one, it was only stage 1 but to complete that I would have to kill 175 bad guys which would take me ages).

Try beastlord lairs in reikland or praag, not all 40+ but few are and they spawn pretty fast
