Shield of Rage (BG)

I have noticed after the last patch that Shield of Rage (BG absorb shield ) is misfunctioning. I know it never worked properly (not absorbing dots, but only direct damage) in the past , but now it seems it " broke" even more. Trying to use the skill will only get the effect in about 1/3 times . At that point you still get cooldown but no effect is applied . hope u can have a look at it. thnx!

ps : juggernaut isnt working aswell but i supposed you are aware of it already..
