what happened to all my characters?

Hello friends! I played this private server during it's early stages and had a lot of characters with some max rank. It's been more than a year and I log on with 0 characters. Did a wipe happen while I was gone? btw I this game and will always be my fav mmo so thank you for bringing this back to life!

Hi. No action has been done about characters since years (2-3). Maybe haven't you connceted the right account.
