Witch Hunter and Witch Elf can stake players to prevent resses for 30 seconds.
Sadly, this mechanic can be abused mostly during keep sieges to chain-stake players just so they can't ever be revived.
This is inherently unfun and should not be possible.
My suggestion is that players should get some kind of immunity to being chain-staked on end - I leave the details of the implementation up for discussion.
