leftayparxoun shared an AAO pop calculation spreadsheet in the RoR Discord for calculating actual zone population numbers from AAO. He said someone had probably added this to an addon already, but I could not find one, so here's AAOPopCalc!

AAOPopCalc - State of the Realm population hovers

AAOPopCalc adds calculated Order/Destruction population range hovers to State of the Realm (RoR_SoR).

What it does

• Adds hover text to the Order and Destruction population rows in RoR_SoR
• Shows calculated faction population ranges from the current SoR population buckets and AAO values
• Adds slash commands: /aao, /aaopop, /apc, if you want the numbers in the chat window instead

Typical use

• Open State of the Realm
• Hover the Order or Destruction population row for an open zone
• Read the calculated population range in the tooltip
• Use /aao if you want the same information printed in chat

Requires RoR_SoR. LibSlash is optional and only needed for the slash commands.
