This has been my favorite so far for ranged DPS support. You get all your good debuffs at basically 100ft and then 1s plink to do little burstin'. This is very AP heavy so you'll wants much AP regen gear. Third tactic is masterful aim.

If your team doesn't need the debuffs, then Stinky's build is a damage beast and also snorts AP like Scarface.
