Use the same button you used for stealth to quit it. You might have to add the skill to your hotbar.

What's the difference between shadow prowler and the other stealth?

I've seen Shadow Runner on the character builder. It says Rank 10, but I definitely haven't gotten it yet. When do WE's access this ability, I'd love to have a second stealth, even if it's only 5s duration...
