Kotbs Emperor's Champion no Morale Cost

Tell me how much wounds does the KotBS gain with EC.

Tell me how much wounds does a BO gain (and heals himself) with Da Toughest proc.

KOTBS already got a few nerfs. Perseverance don't give ap when holding the line, emperor's champion morale no longer heals. I'm sure more will come in the future, so what's the whine about?

I agree that kotbs requires changes in these areas. But wounds adding effect from ec was never a problem. This nerf neither affects kotbs utility, no his damage. This was totally uncalled.

Read the tooltip for Da Toughest and notice the part where it says "you will be healed for the amount increased".

Read the tooltip for Emperor's Champion and notice that it doesn't say the KotBS will be healed by the amount increased.

While you are there, pay close attention to the fact that EC increases the KotBS wounds by around 192, while Da Toughest increases the BO's wounds for around 40 (i don't use Da Toughest! so i don't remember the exact value).

The relevant report is closed, so if that's still a problem there's a bug in the combat manager.

it dont requrie this nerf, self utlity should not be subject to nerf atm, only group utility.

-moral 2 on tank is important cos it's the place where you use raze.
-kobs dont have the same base damage as chosen
-it's 30 sec duration 1 min CD skill which make it impossible to use 100% of the time
-you may also want to use other morals other than that.
-if something need a nerf is runfang and not this one.
-it's pretty normal moral stack with self buff, it's not that tactic stack with itself or moral stack with morals.
