This game needs serious changes for players that reach 40 in 2020

where you went wrong was not getting to rr 50+ at lvl 39 almost everyone knows that.
so its not the game it was your gameplay and maybe eagerness to hit 40,there are lvl 39s that are rr55 and up.

It's funny that no one sees this as a problem tho. Without "gaming" the system you are gimped at the "beginning" of end game.

There is a 100% issue when the game is considerably more fun 1-39 than it is 40 - + as far as scenarios go. As well as ORvR until you are RR60+ with a mix of vanq/invader gear to be even considered baseline viable.

Odd. As I started this game a few weeks ago everyone told me to reach RR 40 at the time the character reaches CL 40. Now it is already RR 50. And in a few months, it would be becoming RR 60 first before becoming CL 40? Not many players can afford to use tons of these XP-Stop-Scrolls.
