Is this a serious question? Have you never encountered someone that was hostile towards you and found a resolution to that problem? This is some grade-school level life-skills. I'm pretty sure they teach children this stuff.

Fun fact, there are around 146 million russians in the World and you seem to think only one of those russians can be the moderator. Tein compromised by agreeing to be moderated but you cant compromise by choosing a different russian?

Personally I thought that the comments Wargrim had in the ban appeal (sounds like this is a spin off from that thread) were well explained and reasoned. The arguments the other side appeared emotional and just trying to avoid reasoning.
