Bug with new guild

Couple minutes ago i'm with my friends created new guild Black Team. After crreation we faces some bugs.

First of all , our guild leader (Elgis) can not manage guild:
- no change permission. 'cause "you do not have any permission within your guild rank". Elgis - guild leader )
- can not change tittles names.

Have no idea.
