I am getting the following error:

I haven't been able to log in since yesterday, is anyone else having this problem or have a solution? Any help is greatly appreciated.

Re: web server icon red
Ok so I found out that my new IP (I moved) somehow won't let me connect to the web server and I had to use a VPN to the states to get a connection. I didn't have to keep it connected to play the game, only to launch it. I hope this helps anyone else with the same problem

Re: web server icon red
127.0.0.1:* is your localhost. i.e. its inside networking in your local pc's network stack.
You mention a new IP; Do you mean a new ISP or a new IP Address (static ip)?
As vpn to usa to route back over the Atlantic is going to incur some latency. Try vpn to France for a more local connection.
Many reasons can cause networking problems and difficult to go on with what you have wrote. But, for what could be up with your network but local loop back should not be in the launcher from a previously running client with just a new IP change. Unless you mean a new ISP then you could ask them to remove the block? but still from a running client the local loop back should not be part of the config files.
Is the 'mythicalloginservices.xml' file set to read-only? Open this in notepad and look inside there and the check that the is not 127.0.0.1 as this should be the actual login server with port 8048
Right click the xaml file and properties-> make sure the attribute read only is unchecked, also beneath this maybe listed Security..file came from another pc.. UnBlock .
Do tick this to unblock this file and then OK.
If you do not have a static IP then a look into dhcp would be good idea to ensure that your nic is not set to static dns etc. if your 'old' IP was static. Did you previously have to use a proxy to connect to your old IP (i.e. aol?)?
many unknows but localhost should be looked at
