Guild Roster Problem HELP

so in my guild Roster only shows me, and its 1/1, but there are more of us, more members online, but all ppl in guild have the same bug. we see guild chat normal, but only himself in guild roster.
Can you help?

Why dont you just ask ingame about this problem, instead of making a topic?
does it depress you to know just how alone you really are?
