[IB] Oath Friend and Guard

I started playing an Ironbreaker recently and I noticed that I almost always want to use Oath Friend on the group mate I'm guarding, so it would make sense for me to find a way to apply them both at once.

Since Oath Friend is not on the GCD I though that I could write a macro to apply them both with one keybind. I also played WoW and I would have make the following macro:

/cast Oath Friend
/cast Guard

Is there a way to do something similar on RoR (be it a macro or differently) ? I made some research about macros but all that I could find was "you can make everything if you know the scripting language" or "most of the possible macros are bannable".
