Possibly Increase XP/Renown For Unguarded Keeps ??

Is there any chance of increasing the xp/renown & influence for unguarded keeps ? Keeps (defended or not) should still pay better than taking a BO. This would be greatly appreciated. Just my two cents. Thanks

No. Why should u be rewarded for taking empty keep? Is good as it is.

This is the problem i see with this suggestion:

Player A: Hey guys, come to Dorf and defend our keep, lots of enemies outside
Player B: We are taking Elf keep atm
Player A: But that keep is empty!
Player B: Still great XP/renown

Saw this on advice channel yesterday, with current lame xp/renown rewards (for empty keep takes). Imagine how it would be if they increased the rewards.

No. When devs make oil and backdoors work, you won't have any problem finding defended keeps

Postern doors do work now. I agree, oil & rams would be nice. However, keeps should be equal to BO's at least maybe then pay 10% better if unguarded. I'm not looking for big rewards for unguarded keeps but they are harder to take than a BO.

im hoping they implement siege at the same time they do oil or taking a guarded keep is gonna be near enough impossible

maybe if they fixed defensive ticks and rewards, I've been of defence where people not bothered because there is no real reward for a successful defence.

you mean besides the fact that it is easier to get kills as a defender than as an attacker, and with AAO your renown/inf will fly?

your assuming that 1, the person has decent range attacks and 2 that they indeed do have AAR

your assuming that 1, the person has decent range attacks and 2 that they indeed do have AAR

1) If you dont have decent range attack, that means you are a tank (so go guard a Sorc/BW or other rDPS), a Dok/WP (so go heal a Sorc/BW or other rDPS + the tank who is guarding them) or a mDPS (so ask a tank for guard and a healer for heals while going in/out of the keep trying to get kills).

In other words, join a group

2) If you don't have AAO, what the hell are you doing turtling in your keep? Go wipe the attackers, take back BO's and attack their keep.
