Thank you for the reply back Genisaurus. Hopefully, the server restart will correct the issue now.

Edit: What's so funny is that my 2nd account has all the numbers and letters. I'm guessing changing your password is what **** it up?

Very likely. We never hear from people who've just created their account, only people who try to change their password - and that works 95% of the time.
