EDIT: This is an unrelated problem with the Warhammer UI - if you hide the real Career Resources, they won't show again. Hitting "Restore Defaults" should fix this.

I had the same issues on the original war-server switching from the "mechanic" addon-window back to the standard-window. I deleted all directories in the corresponding character-folder in "warhammer/user/settings" beginning with "EA_...".
Deleting just "EA_CareerResourcesWindow" doesn't fix the problem.

Updated:

- If Warhammer Scrolling Combat Text is loaded, this mod will cause WSCT to display "Morale x Ready!" when your morale is up
- Fixed issue where career resources would be set to 0 when a Morale shout came in
- Fixed error if loaded with a non-resource using career

Updated - added a workaround for people who have a hidden Career Resource icon. Type /reswindow and follow the instructions. Let me know if this works.

Fixed an issue causing the addon to fail to send Morale notifications to WSCT if the career you were playing did not use any career resources (Knight, Chosen, Marauder, White Lion, Shadow Warrior, Squig Herder, Engineer, Magus, Archmage, Shaman, Runepriest, Zealot)

LibSlash comes with the Return of Reckoning Client. If you don't have it:
