Abbilitys wont fire on SH

Ye i think its server related.
But its strange i only have this problem on my SH.
Its like when your out of range and u spam ur button and u can see the arrows fly, so the animation go off but it wont reach target.
So the abbility doesnt go off.
Thats what i have sometimes on SH.
Like the server thinks im out of range but i am not.

So, im still having this bug exclusively on my SH and seems only to happen in scenarios. Will post video soon of how it looks.
Make sure to watch the action bars aswell.
