Scenario changes look promising, of the pre-existing scenarios on that list those were almost always a total **** show that I dreaded playing as either a PUG or premade because it almost always turned into a 15 farm fest.

Nice scenario changes that should hopefully help out the average player a bit, focusing on teamplay and objective-based winning.
Stupid question that prob goes without saying, but any scen not listed will stay as it is now right? I'm all for objective-based scenarios provided actual PvP still happens as opposed to players in Reikland Factory focusing 100% on flags and trying to avoid PvP at all costs.

That's correct. Only the scenarios I explicitly listed use this handling.

I'd assume so, and the reason objective based scenarios like reikland won't receive the system is because it already encourages objective based play through it's layout and point handling. Even if one team is dominating superior tactics can win the scenarios since spawn camping is near impossible.
But take for instance serpents, a team with a good enough advantage over the other team can keep them inside their spawn forever and completely deny any objective based actions from occurring from either realm.
