Yah if Scenarios are not popping than you should get the T3 Epic quests done and then go exploring/questing/look for XP Grind parties.

If that doesn't work, and you are bored of farming at that point. Then roll a T1 just to play for fun when you get bored ;p

Hmm, just got to T3 myself and you're right.. It does seem rather empty.

Out of all the stuff everyone had suggested I'd say it's also good to just explore the game, unlock titles/tome/cosmetics just for fun! Friends and I had a blast just running around zones!
Reminder that Slaanesh Pink is the new Chaos Black!

Wanna catch me? Look for:
CURRENTLY ON BREAK. Will get back on the game soon - Edit as of 3/12/2017

Trouble with the zone right before the 'end-content' always is, ppl are aiming for the next step.
If there would be a T5, T4 would be empty, while ppl in T3 would suddenly enjoy their stay, since they will have a bit of time before they are close to the endgame.

The system is flawed in general.Tier two and three can only work if there is a constant stream of new characters - While tier one and four do not have this problem. The team will be working on a solution to make those mid-tiers a better experience. Right now tier 3 is a graveyard :'(

The problem is the debolstering as well I guess.
Why debolster if you aren't even allowed to use the RvR-gear from that tier?

If that changed, don't mind me. I remember getting chickened every time I outleveled a tier, because equip I was wearing wasn't allowed anymore, for example. So no need for me to return, since I don't grab another setup, just to debolster, while I actually did save my old RvR-gear from there.

Your old gear probably had talismans in them, which is not allowed according to the in-game .ror debolster command. Sad to say you'll have to re-acquire a new set that is fresh with no talisman slots.

See, that's the whole point.
Debolstering in such values will make you even weaker, than you were as you slowly did grow into your gear.

It's fine to make it this way. So you can prevent, someone with enough gold/twinks to support himself will crush newcomer.

But as it does stand right now, why debolster? You aren't even allowed to use the gear you did fight with before reaching the lvl-cap. While a 'skilled' player may overcome gear-disadvantage, it's just human to ask yourself why you should bother. You have to obtain new gear, reskill every single time you want to visit a lower tier (and pay for it - unless I missed an option that will save a template for free) and most likely won't even get and reward for it (since you most likely are in such RR, that you reach the blvl*2-cap).
In T3 (if I recall correct) it was my gloves that did chicken me. So no gloves, no complete set-bonus, for example.

I totally get the point of making someone weaker as the 'random PUG' in the lakes, but as well see why this may be the whole disadvantage as well.
