- Added a 'Win the Scenario' quest for each Scenario currently implemented on RoR.
- Added a specialised War NPC to grant these quests, in every Scenario currently available.

Where can we find this NPC please?

in the scenario ofc where you spawn. look at map. I guess you will return it next time you get in the same scenario

No.

1) No one but you tried to use special characters, because everyone knows they don't work. You're directly responsible for breaking the name.
2) I know you've been spamming every GM repeatedly asking for a fix.
3) I don't appreciate how you got other players to complain about in /3 when I was trying to sort out problems.
4) I have other things to concentrate upon, like the bugs with guilds and RvR.

In light of that, you will sit and you will wait until such time as I believe you have demonstrated enough patience to have the name restored.
