Dark side of the patch - all precursors cloacs now for a other fraction. Also toughness ring. Enervating ring +30 int in my inventory now only for AM and RP. Thanx for unificating half of my equipment out

I remember someone told about one NPC in Altdorf, which accept all kill quests, with all kill quests unified - is he implemented yet, or it was just a speculation?
