Are u saying u paid for it ? because you shouldn't need to. Hit the free download button which should be right in the middle of the page. I was able to change region with the free download.

I paid for it because this is an upgrade over my current VPN software -- More secure. I'll put this to good use for the year.

I've not done anything different than when I successfully used the fix earlier, logged in for about 45 min, then had to head outside to get some yardwork done. Queleen is currently in Nordenwatch SC (she sits right next to me when we game). I came in for a bite to eat and some Order-killin' and now, no such luck. Btw, hotspot downloaded the "Elite" version trial (Queleen watched me click on the free version, so I did it correctly) so should I get rid of that and try DL the freeware again? OMG, I'm so frustrated with this. F-ing ComCast..............

Account creation went well but I can't login with the launcher. It always says that my password may be incorrect. But I'm absolutely sure it's right and I even changed it but no success. Tried it with and without Hotspot Shield (connected to UK).

I had the same problem first time I was tryin to log in. I changed my PW here, after that it worked fine.

Been playing on the server for awhile now and I have never be disconnected until the last two weeks. I still connect fine, but going into Scenarios is typically the culprit that boots me. Something has changed on the RoR server end.
