what you wanna reduce DOK/WP have almost no SE/RF regen at all

the changes to dok/wp chalice were reverted when al the rewamp was retired and now all give as always 8 rec x sec as they used normaly. Probably there was a bug not regen meccanic.

the only change tro dok/wp right know is they cannot spec aoe detaun unless they drop the chalice.

Is there a list of what changes that have been implemted that have lasted more than a month?

also as ruin also said ye it was changed so that blue itiems also give 8 rec instead 6.

Btw no but i think that all the changes gone through balance forum remained in their place it think the only things changed/reverted etc were those gone directly in game by patchnote. So a run throught the balance section should be exhaustive

3 def pq in rvr, i play all time in zone, just few crash.
None of the three pq i rand.
