Could we get some clarification on the Sigmar's Shield fix? As I understand, it draining every second instead of on heal was intended behavior as outlined in the in-game changelist.

I need to update the ingame changelist then, it may have been intended that way before, but its not anymore.
Now it drains on heal and not every second

Had so many facestomps in sc's with no emblem so I like this change.

- Removed the -10% damage debuff effect from the tactic Crippling Strikes and replaced it with Wasteland Ruse a curse which (on critical hit) increases the recipients chance to be critically hit by 10%. This is non self stacking and non refreshing so you cant set up a permanent debuff chain with additional chosens.

I'd say 2H chosen look pretty nice for WB now if they do
