I think it would be fair to give choppa's this same cool tactic as they have the same orignial tactic and their 2h spec is also behind the 1h:

Slayer
- Violent Impacts has been rebuilt. Every 4 seconds, grants one stack of an effect which reduces the amount of Rage an Exhaustive Blow will remove by 25% of your maximum Rage. This effect stacks up to 3 times, and using an Exhaustive Blow both consumes a stack and resets the interval before another stack is granted.

If they want it and need it, they'll certainly get it. I'm following the ethos of not making changes to one class simply because I changed its mirror now.

Well as it was already mirrored I don't see that as a big problem. In general I agree of not making classes more the same. However in the case of choppa and slayer they do have unique 2h skills which allows them to use the same tactic for different things.

- War Bellows share a cooldown of 10 seconds.
Does this effect the trigger of a bellow or is it to prevent "Bellow-dancing"? - Just tested, it's my second guess

For those raging about those life taps being undefendable- they only deal a flat 250dmg. Nothing game breaking as it is less than an auto attack.

Ever considered that maybe people in charge of implementing changes are only human, and therefore subject to some constraints?

All the Shaman DPS tree tactics are good. AMs were pretty useless and no one took anything other than dispel. Shaman had tactic options while AMs all took the same 4 tactics. Youre still limited to 4 tactics same as all classes. To pick these new ones you will have to drop strikethrough or dispel. I still cant see myself dropping strikethrough so thats one, probably the aoe radiant gaze. Though being able to reach the aoe cleanse, puddle and all 3 dps tree abilities in one spec at 70 is something I'll be trying out for both classes. Mechanic reduced aoe cleansing sounds very nice.
