Rules of the ROR punish you for being fast player, devs here want you to spend all your free time to achive something passing and trivial.

Or you can experience all the content without rushing through. Especially as a new player it is not advised. Unlike other MMO you can enjoy the whole way, not only max level.

RoR is not like WAR and definetly is not like other MMOs. While being new to this game, there are some knowleadge you need to get to know how to play in higher levels. I`d say you need to level up as a player than you character. So, pls save yourself frustration later and gain ranks slowly but try to understand mechanics of combat, healing, how and which buffs/debuffs work, get to know other opponents and ask in advice how to deal in bad situations. But most important is choose class right for you playstyle. And join guild, big prefared to chat when bored and have someone to ask for advice or help.

The fastest way to level is to get a complementary 2nd class from LFG and find suitable spots to mobgrind and chill. Anyone who says otherwise isn't an altoholic.

A complementary second class being a dps if you aren't one and anything else if you are one.

The time traded doing quests, travelling, looking for things is outweighed by a duo farming a suitable area constantly with 0 downtime. Your choice if you go scs's in the meantime. you'll lose out of a lot of xp time but you might gain a nice amount from wins and most importantly you'll flesh out you RR, ALWAYS a good thing, although if you don't mind catching up fast gettign to 40 at a low level isn't so bad, but you won't get access to good loot rolls until 40/41 afaik.

Besides, if you're here you should be a Warhammer fan. Explore the world, find some secrets, slay some bosses, build you're gear and kick ass at RvR.

leveling isn't that painful (now) until you hit 31+...when it really matters...that's when you really feel like quitting.

Champ mobs at or near your level if you can solo them. Even after the nerfs its still damn good xp.

Mix in everyone else's suggestions, such as random easy questing, PQs and scs is not a bad idea.

Also dont underestimate rested xp, I usually try to lvl multiple characters at once and stop when the xp bonus is depleted.

They offer double xp weekends sometimes, which, obviously would be the best time. But under normal circumstances mob grinding is pretty decent TBH. Get a good Aoe class, chop/mag and get a friend to heal and you'll level pretty fast.
