Op was shot by a fully Timed rsH Poison arrer crit. Not to mention je only have 5k hp when lvl 40 you are nearly 8-9k change a lot with HP and absorb. This spec is about crit chance si if you don't want to die max less chance to be crit and HP. Resist and armor do nothing to this spec. Just see on builder. Ignore all resist.

so it's 2986.
pretty high but not impossible.
perhaps you got debuffed a lot?

my record of SW fester was 3.1k against low lvl SH non-debuffed. though i was BiS.

This was in a t2 SC today. A level 33 SH on my level 38 WP in full Annihilator with 2222 Armor and around 5200 life. I had AM resi buff at this moment.

This is all from the same SH. He erased me in literally 1 second.

During that fight you got hit by withering blow so chosen must've been nearby debuffing you - there was tough debuff, resist debuff, he might even had heal debuff aura on. Your siphon had hit 2 players nearby and something (pet? Daemon?) - it's wasn't just the SH. And frankly it doesn't look like he could get that dmg through to you till he used extra coated poison arrer right after you lost any detaunts you might've had.

I don't have, nor fight vs SH, but... for years worth of fighting WLs... L2P. Seriously, detaunt yadda yadda. Also, bet he's glass cannon sooooo, sick some dps on him to pop that squig?

Edit: by "don't fight vs SH" I mean I don't notice them. Lots of people blow me up (WL, WP, SW). It happens. Learn the glass cannon players, they stick out.

Thanks for demonstrating the level of game knowledge required to whine about SHs nowadays. 2x dmg buff from SC mechanic provides some insane dmg output for every dps class. For instance, I have seen Sorcs criting for 6.5k with a single ability with that buff on.
