Question about on/out heal debuffs vs healing from damage abilityes not working?

Played some ranked. Melee WP/DoK heal throug heal debuff i dont understand balance. Sorry for whine i over.

Detaunt them, snare them, punt them, root them. Literally anything lowers the healing output because they need to actively be hitting targets (and doing damage) to output any healing.

Actually its a valid tactic, don't feed them in melee range, let the casters/shooters deal with them.
Also, detaunting them pretty much acts as a 50% HD, and bubbles (absorb) totally screw them up.
