As far as i know, you verified, on your account, your CE code on WAR's website, and from there, the faces would be sent to you via ingame mail. That's how it was for me, when WAR was still live.

Not going to lie, being new I was about to post a thread about this. Glad I searched! Playing as a Black Orc I absolutely loved the eye 'plate' and I feel it added so much to the appearance of him.

it was items sent over mail that you kinda slotted into the barber surgeon. it could be reversed later by another visit to another barber surgeon.
