Dear Gamemasters,

Can´t you simply reset the password manually for us and send password by email? Or any way you can force the sync to the server?

Anyone in here you can confirm that after waiting several hours the password was really updated to the server? I mean 11 hours seems soooooooo long....

If you see dozens of the same problem rampant in the forums, chances are we don't know why or how to fix it.

good morning ,
i have the same problem. when i want to start the luncher, it`s told me that my acount and passwort are wrong.But in the formums i can log in.....so what can i do? iwant to kick som high elve a.... :-(

3 days and still not able to login???? Oh my god. I am so thankfull that these guys offer us this great chance to play the game again but i think such a basic feature like password reset must work!

I really hope i will be able to login after a while.

@ gamemasters: How about a workaround that the affected accounts create a new one and you transfer the existing chars to the new account? Is this possible?

when it would be just a problem with password reset, we already had solve it.
To your question, no thats not possible at the moment.
