The lag

NA CST. I get lag even out of the lakes at non peak times. So not sure if it is attack related on has to do with the on going lag the devs mentioned was holding T3 back.

I only receive lag when there's a lot of people on, other then that I'm fine... and I'm from Canada.

OT: Lag is getting worse IMO. There's a weird micro-stutter that happens more often and the big lag spikes are just plain "go grab a beer and come back"-ish. Much worse than before. I'm almost certain it's due to player pop, but I play during non-peak times, so.. can't say for sure.

I'm hoping it's some sort of ongoing stress test in the background to clear the path for T3... Hoping.
