Client download issues and troubleshooting

I downloaded the torrent and every time I try and install warpatch.exe I always get this error message:
"The patch client was unable to retrieve the files [patcher.prod.sig] from the patch server (0 total errors encounted). Please try the patch operation again in a short while."

I get that message every time. My OS is Windows 10 btw. Running in windows compatibility mode or as an admin doesn't work either.

You need to use the Return of Reckoning launcher. You can find it on this page of the guide:

Try replacing your data.myp with this version.

i see we have exact same problem ive put the launcher inside folder, used torrent to get it.. plz help us so we can get in and rek some
