[UI] VinyUI [OUTDATED]

hi,

After the last patch.. every char i have my gui is broken..

The guy who put so much efforts in these addons has gone to waiste..

Tried to reset everything aswell.. but it seems to mess up stuff even more..

Also did a clean install on some chars.. but no dice..

since im so used to this awesome gui.. i cannot play now

Any idea if the person in question who made this GUI is working on fixing this?

i hope.. would even donate for it.. if needed

Ok, new issue, can't turn on the Quest panel, seems similar issue to the 3rd hotbar in so far as when it's unticked in the window settings nothing appears on the HUD, annoying at low level trying to track quests when you can't see progress w/o opening the quest page...


Make sure you're unhide the "Quest Collapser" (the triangle), too.

I'm having this same issue still today with current rev of VinyUI. Where is this "Quest Collapser" feature to unhide? Or how does one unhide it?

so this is where and how to find and unhide the "Quest Collapser" and "Quest Tracker":

Quest Collapser (The triangle thingy that hide the Quest Tracker)

• Esc > user settings> Layout Editor

• click on Windows... and scroll a bit down

• uncheck hidden "Quest Collapser"

How does the "Quest Collapser" looks like in its natural habitat

Quest Tracker (A list of your current active quests)

• Esc > user settings> Layout Editor

• click on Windows... and scroll a bit down

• uncheck hidden "Quest Tracker"

• Exit

• and of course "Yes", you want to save your settings

• = profit

Apologies if already mentioned (but at 108 pages i struggled!)

Just loaded this up for my engineer (Order DPS template)

Can see the career resource (the aggressive/passive turret icon) but i can't actually see the turret abilities anywhere.......anything i should be doing to re-enable them?

Hey,

don't worry, it's almost the same like the "Quest Collapser/Tracker" thing

• Esc > user settings> Layout Editor

• click on Windows... and scroll a bit down

• uncheck hidden "Pet Action Bar"

• Exit and Save

• /rel

• and if you have already summon a turret, resummon it

Hi, thanks, this is amazing really adds to the game and simple to install for a new player. Does anyone know which add on within this disables the on screen announcements in scenarios, such as "X has taken the stag", etc? I can't work out which in the pack is changing this and harder to keep track of events without it. Cheers.

Hey,

I think you mean the standart center messages from the game

• Esc > user settings > Interface

• Scroll down to "Center Screen Messages"

• you can uncheck them if you don't want to see these messages

• Uh! And don't forget to press "Apply"

there are some other addons that display a center message aswell (Friends or Deathblow2)
