This patch settles it, devs have completely lost their minds.
I had already stopped playing due to all the nerfs. This just cements that the they are dedicated to taking the serve over a cliff.
Shame.

Quick question for you, when did 100 WS start adding 3% to parry? On live? 8 Years ago? 5 years ago? less then 1 maybe? It's a positive change, should have never been added in the first place. It's part of the gear gap issue, classes can too good at damage and at avoiding it. I joined server when server limit was 50ppl and max level was 10 on my first account. With some longer and shorter breaks I was still around. I am amazed You did it up to this point and revived the game from its grave. It was good ride back in the times up to point when vanquisher gear was endgame. It wasnt so grindy and one could make it to endgame fairly quickly.
I was expecting that game will be as close to live as possible.
Sadly in last 2-3 years it became obvious Your direction changed same as members of dev/balance team.
To be fair I dont like changes that have been made over last year up until now and how more and more distant from original game RoR became.
I wish You luck with Your game and I hope You will find more ppl that like it.

IMO Disrupt should be removed from Willpower and added to Toughness.
Willpower removal:
○ Willpower is not an outright damage stat but I would consider it an assist damage stat. The longer you keep your team alive the more damage is outputted.
○ If you are not a healer/hybrid there is no point in increasing this stat, limited number of classes utilizing the stat.
○ If we go by the same logic of Weapon Skill then you can't have a damage (assist damage) stat that also increases a defensive stat.
Toughness Addition:
○ This would make all defensive (disrupt, dodge, parry, block) belong to the two defensive stats in the game.
○ This would open Disrupt to more classes and add more variety to defensive builds.

I wouldn't be surprised at all if that's what they have planned and they will then make willpower the weapon skill equivalent of magic damage. Magic users then have to spec into multiple stats just as phys dps do, with magic resist being increased to act more like armour and needing a stat to penetrate it.
If something like this is in the works it really needs to be communicated now so we know what's coming rather than when the patch notes come out. As always, so much of the drama that has happened since last week could have been avoided if the team didn't have a total silence policy with regards to future plans. If there was ever a time to drop another dev update video to give us some insight to what's going on and inject a bit of optimism back into the community, it's now.

I really thought after the last patch as u did something for the grudge generation u had understood the problems with the IB. For IB all depends on grudge.
With this changes it´s nearly impossible to get the grudge up if u are in a normal short fight. Even with 2 grudge tactics and all renown in parry and ini it´s just half of it compared to before.
Maybe u can explain how we can play 2h IB now? I´m curious.
Just keep killing classes and maybe rename the game into Warbow or something like this. Cause this is the direction u go ... only range classes left to play.

Yes, i do. But with this changes the fight is over already.
Grudge generation takes way too long. Even longer now with just half of the parry.
