Client download issues and troubleshooting

Hello I can not create the character , remains firm on the home screen ... I hear the music , see the background but I can not create .. can you help me ?

Ok so i feel stupid i forgot to transfer a file and i got it working, but now it wont let me get to creation screen

I've looked thru the forum, and I am not finding any answers.

I cannot get the main client download links to work. Direct download just returns file not found and the torrent option comes back that the pointer is bad. I've verified there are no firewall issues. Any help appreciated.

The problem remained the same .. are now online but I can not create character ...

Most likely need to re-download the game.

"The program can't start because d3dx9_34.dll is missing from your computer. Ty reinstalling the program to fix this problem." This message pops up when I try to run the launcher. Am I doing something wrong or is this actually something I need to download? Please help, I just noticed this was happening and am eager to get to play again.

Try updating/re-installing DirectX:

INSTALLING DIRECTX RUNTIMES

Download DirectX 9.0c from Microsoft website here : https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/downloa ... px?id=8109, and then, install it.

Thanks for the quick answer. I tried to and I received the same message. Maybe it would be easier to restart, do you by chance have a link to a discussion on instructions on how to do this, or able to give me a quick rundown? please and thank you

If the installation does resolve it, you can put the specified .dll it requests for in the game folder. Here is the link to download the .dll. I keep a copy of it.

Put it inside the game folder and try logging in again.
