I only came in here to ask if keep wall jumping was cheating or not, since there's no straight answer for that, and everyone thinks the current z-axis range on Pounce is justified, I can only assume that it's working as intended.

My only suggestion would be to lower the z-axis enough on Pounce so that they cannot reach on top of walls, period. I understand there's problems with the vertical aspect of this skill, but is that really any different than normal line of sight issues?

Also, pounce isn't the class defining skill, the pet is the class defining skill for white lions, (they're called white lions ffs). The class was built around the lion not pounce, but because the pet is bad no one wants it, players are picking on the "fun" skill as the defining skill, to the point that it's being brokenly adjusted to make it work. The complaint meter went from this skill keeps misfiring to how the hell did they get up to me on this wall?

I don't care about the other adjustments of reduced damage or increased action points or a cool down or even removing it, that's not part of the original design and I came on here to experience warhammer again as it was on live servers. I don't want to see nerfs or buffs that break skills out of their original design, I do understand needing tweaks in order to fix stuff that mythic never got around to doing, but not to the point where they function on borderland cheating or become outright useless.

Jumping as high as keep walls was obviously not the original design, but the skill allows you to do that, we can report it if they're using it to reach forbidden areas, so ok what is considered a forbidden area? jumping onto keep walls? jumping to second floor on keeps? No I guess not since there was no direct answer to my question on it.

Get your Air Jordan's on White Lions and start rampaging on those walls.

They are the only class in the entire game, even cross faction, that can do this. That's fairly defining.

The class name is White Lion. White. Lion! So the pet is defining. Not a broken skill in mastery tree (if it was defining, I would be a core skills). Pounce is one of the stupid skills ingame - not becasue of the skill alone, but becasue all the other WL abilities: U got sprint, massive burst dmg, insane autoattack speed with monster buff from full Devastator, u got snare/debuff bot (lion who can be "reanimed" w/o any punishment and its spammable), u got even snare by urself.

And there is a shamy with 1 CC skill with 60 sec CD (who u are imunne to) and GLORIOUS Run Away! all Order cry about. Like really? So the Order classes (players) suck that much that u litteraly need whole set of skills (range KD just for Order) AND one classs just to counter one 25% proc tactic?

Bottom line is that WL should be balanced - I like the no dmg on Pounce as it prevents trolling.

Also big respect to water pounce bots, u guys brought the trolling to even higher level. The Shaolin monks would be proud of u as u can jump on water like ninjas. :roll:

Luckily most WL players are nobrainers who just spam 1 button so they can be killed quite easily.

You misread. That WAS what a WL could do. He made it so they could no longer do so.

Why is the pounce OP? I don't understand...
All classes have good and spamable skills & i only see people cry about 1 skill of 1 class what it enters on combat and die easyly.

It's spamable, ok. It has dmg, ok. Like on live WAR at that time.
Finally remember one thing, WL is melee dps with medium armor with great dmg and dies easyly.
What do you expect?

Thanks for pointing out even more reason to "fix the balance" on the only spammable wall jumping gap closer in the game.

This is my 2 cents worth.
As the AM I loved the WL too, but atm these classes are broke and to buffed.

WL: the pounce doesnt need CD, but it needs cost AP!
2 pounces and you should almost have 0 AP and wait for regen. Why? Its because every
mdps needs to think strategic before engage. Choose your battles!
I enjoyed pounce. Soloing selfexplainatory you have to think^^. ^This kitty has so many tools in the mastery trees the other mdps should cry. But ex. As a second mdps in premade or pugging in sc maybe you dont have to have guard coz
you can assist the main dps with pounce. Here you have to think tho. Either you calculate
that your group will probarly annihalate the enemys before you and you can spend AP on that
pounce in and do dps also. Or you have the time to think if you have a enemy target to pounce back on to escape.
But by pouncing twice (once in, once out of battle) ur AP resources should almost be deminished or the pounce is to good.

And as for pounce on keep walls etc. if you are a experienced WL you know this is to good.
