Just make encouraged aim require 2h and buff conquest tree and presto knight is balanced :^)

kobs requrie some some tradeoff, it can have too muh stuff togheter, move those tactic higer to prevent them to be specable in t2 or have 3 all toghetr in t4 then maybe some reduction on the buff value but not much, no one wanna see classes destroyed. And a lot wanna see some love for SM.
But have wp in t2 with a base 20% chance was utterly a crap. (10% was base server hidden value ).
And the most hated fix ever asked remove the punt tactic from both ch/kobs.
ppl saw 50% nerf to a tactic and gone crazy.... in reality the resistence reduce damage at max 40%, so the 50% ingore mean do at least 80% pure damage...... in the case a debuff happen then they are like 90-95% pure damage.....
Which make this change only relevant for tanks that stack resistence over the cap value to prevent the debuff which mean now they'll have a 20% reduction instead 0%. (which mean only me probably as i only saw 1 tank other than me destru side do that.....)
You hardly note a 5-10% reduction against a dps on a 4k+ damage so i really dont know what all orders have to break balls for.
My suggested nerf were more heavy and i hope in future if this tactic will still be able to do these values will be nerf to 25%.

WHO definitely need balance but i think it is better to do after T4 and max level implement is complete.
Like the magus/engi change, it really does nothing because their single target skill rotation is always around 10s or more. And magus single target rotation is not complete until it can pick both BoC and IFoC.

from my head I can suggest to move runefang from core to 1st mastery path (if it's possible at all) And remove stacking of 2nd morale with runefang, of course. So it won't be possible for kotbs to go def tree, become super tanky AND gain true-dps stats at the same time from runefang and emperor's champion

which is fine since emulate what chosen does with ravage but need to give raze m2 and 1 slot tactic?
Personal utility are not under the aim of nerfhammer i hope which it should be the place for group utility.

i like this suggestion, also then that means kotbs will bring max 10% grp crit unless you run both a 2h and a snb kotbs as your grp tanks
this also means that crimson death only giving 10% crit will be fine then in my books

yep and make runefang a tactic in conquest and give some other tactic at 15 this and then kotbs will be fine and inline with all other tanks

hmm. buff magus / engi yet still allow cheese pulls thru gates / walls. suggestion. lay off the crack b4 make changes. kthx
